You can be assured that each and every client will receive my personal attention. So, full details of my background, a client list and recent projects are shown below. We have a particular expertise in property and financial services although we believe that many service businesses would benefit from our offering.

I can honestly say that we have not encountered a situation where the solutions to the issues requiring resolution were contained within just one of the above. In many instances, it is all four!

Implementing Change

·        Directed a project team to obtain direct authorisation  for a lifetime mortgage provider from the FSA

·        Analysed and directed the effective upgrade of a revised IT system for a residential investment management company.

·        As part of a small executive team turned around a corporate loss of £4m pa into a profit of £0.5m in 12 months using excellent analytical and implementation skills 

·        Directed the design and introduction of a bespoke rental software package, reducing irreconcilable differences and resulting in the removal of a multi-year Grade 1 Management Letter issue 

·        Enhanced sales effectiveness resulting in a 50% improvement in lead times by identifying and introducing clear and consistent national best practices 

·        Redesigned processes and staff performance which significantly reduced delivery times and service complaints by 40% 

·        Turned around a poorly performing £15m housing development from 70% to 98% occupancy using effective communication and negotiating skills persuasively and tenaciously 

·        Re-designed processes resulting in significant savings in human resources

·        Project managed the successful introduction of an extranet based new product

·   Mentored staff to achieve increased skill levels and improved effectiveness in communication and time management 

Business Targets

·        Successfully balanced commercial imperative for income with empathy and understanding of customer needs resulting in excellent long term business relationships 

·        Forward planned and re-negotiated major public sector contracts by establishing rapport and professional relationships at all levels 

·        Whilst climbing a steep learning curve, analysed departmental weaknesses and, employing problem solving skills, produced cohesive reports recommending corrective actions 

·        Led and transformed a team’s performance by setting clear and challenging targets, installing measurement systems and providing structured feedback 

·        Managed an 8 month project collating and implementing a national corporate re-branding 

People And Relationships

·        Successfully rescued a previously soured corporate relationship using good listening skills and commercial awareness resulting in securing £0.75m pa income.
