Our target customers are Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME’s), located primarily within the confines of the M25 or the South East of the UK.  Having said that, you will see from our client list that we have undertaken work for much larger concerns with a nationwide base.

So, what differentiates us from other consultancies?  In other words, why use us?  We are different from the typical consultancy practices as we:

• Agree a clear brief before commencing an assignment
• Undertake a current state check from both internal and external perspectives
• Get to grips with the day to day issues as well as determining strategic direction

• Design and agree with you the required changes
• IMPLEMENT those changes
• Undertake a structured review to ensure sustainability of change

Our fees range from a daily rate to a fixed fee for a project.  To give you some idea of our fees, a project that runs for, say, 20 man days or more is likely to cost around £500 per day plus VAT.  Shorter projects will be considered and priced appropriately.  A recently concluded two-day project was priced at £750 per day.

We are also prepared to consider "payment by results". This would entail a lower daily rate with a success fee attached. We are even prepared to consider equity participation in exchange for reduced fees.
